Week 3 Part B

 9-14-20      When developing a brand one must come up with an idea that they think will be successful and achieve what they hope to with this idea. This can be a whole new invention or a line of brands that is very competitive, which is up to the founder of the company. It is very important to make sure before getting the brand off the ground you have a great PR and Marketing team in order to sell to your desired consumers. This is a very crucial step and one many overlook.    It is up to a company whether or not they have sponsorships with celebrities in order to promote their brand and product. This is a new step but one that could make or break a business. Many people look up to social media influencers for what their favorite products are and often purchase these. It is important that this is a person with little to no controversy behind them so the brand does not take a downfall as well.     It is also very important to have great investors who believe in the brand.   Bread and Cheese Eatery https://breadandcheeseeatery.com  A simple grilled cheese business that serves San Diego County and would like to hopefully expand. There used to be a restaurant in Carlsbad but it was shut down due to the pandemic. They are a mid-size business and seem as though they have many loyal customers. Week 2 PartA

 In the past without social media communicating with businesses was completely by print or handwritten. In the twenty-first century, we have evolved into Direct Messaging businesses in order to get their attention. This is now a faster communication time and can get the problem solved quickly and effectively as compared to the past.      When reviewing a product or a business you will often find negative and positive reviews. It is up to the consumer whether or not to purchase the product as some reviews are biased and not always accurate. Such social media platforms such as Yelp and review on Google make it easier to find good rankings of products and businesses to use.     If it was my product receiving negative reviews I would reach out tho that person who had negative thoughts regarding my business and how I can improve in the future. If needed I would even send them a new product or give them a refund. If I were to receive positive reviews I would invite that person back to my res
